According to the data from Energy Markets Operation Inc., the trading volume in the spot electricity market decreased by approximately 3.7 percent today compared to yesterday, reaching 1 billion 678 million 749 thousand 805 Turkish Liras.

In the day-ahead market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity was determined as 3,000 Turkish Liras at the highest for tomorrow at 08.00, 09.00, 10.00, and 16.00-17.00 hours, and 1,799 Turkish Liras 98 kurus at the lowest at 04.00.

The arithmetic average price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was 2,607 Turkish Liras 92 kurus, while the weighted average price was 2,645 Turkish Liras 10 kurus.

In the spot market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity was determined as 3,000 Turkish Liras at the highest and 1,800 Turkish Liras at the lowest for today.
